Orders are usually filled within 1 business day. We use FedEX to ship most orders. If you need special shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns:
Here at Nelliefay, one of our main goals is to make you feel great about your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please do not hesitate to let us know. Nelliefay offers a full refund on most products within 30 days of the original ship date and a store credit on items within 31-60 days of the original ship date. All returned items must be in new condition. All clothes must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags still attached. All toys and pet toys must be in their original, unopened packaging with their tags still attached.
Due to health and safety issues, bath products are not returnable for a refund. In the case of defective merchandise, an exchange for the exact item will be provided. If the same item is no longer available, store credit will be given for the amount of purchase, not including shipping.

Shipping is not refunded unless an error was made by Nelliefay.com. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we have received your returned item we will promptly refund you your total amount not including original shipping costs.
